Station View Stage 1 Sold Out in 10mins... Here's How You Can Get a Slice of Stage 2!
Want a slice of the sensational Station View property pie at Queenstown’s Jack’s Point? Such an opportunity has again arrived.
Stage two of the Classic Group development is about to be released to those who have registered their interest. All fourteen sections in stage one of Station View subdivision were snapped up in 10 minutes when launched in August by the Classic Group (Classic Builders and Classic Developments). Stage two will offer a further 20 of the 72 house and land packages available in the subdivision.
Classic Builders regional manager Stephen Goddard says Station View is an exciting project involving quality architectural homes in one of the world’s most spectacular landscapes. Jack’s Point sits beneath Queenstown’s iconic Remarkables mountain range. Given the locality and quality of homes, it’s little wonder the development is garnering wide-spread interest, he says. He urges those keen to become Station View homeowners to register their interest for future stages, which will be released to meet market demand.
House and land packages start from $699,000.
“This is an opportunity to own a competitively priced, superbly built home and secure a future in an area rich in beauty, history and vineyards, and ripe with adventurous pursuits.
“We have developed Station View with tremendous respect and particular regard for both the surrounding environment and the history from which it derived,” Stephen says.
Just twenty minutes from Queenstown’s CBD and airport, Station View’s 72 homes will be developed to include six stunning designs. Single level, two storied, two and three-bedroom configurations will offer a modern style of living. Exterior textures and materials will complement the raw natural environment and will feature vertical and horizontal cedar and weatherboard in dark stone and ash hues, offset by earthy rust browns and reds.
Work has begun on the stage one properties with the first homeowners set to move in next year.
Station View property owners will be part of a growing, exciting dynamic, Stephen says. Jack’s Point is being dubbed “Queenstown’s master-planned community”. It is entering its next phase of key development with the construction of its central retail, dining and tourism hub, Jack’s Point Village. The half-billion-dollar lakefront (Lake Tewa) village is expected to be a similar size to central Queenstown and is being developed to meet the needs of Jack’s Point’s planned 8000-people community and rising visitor needs for accommodation and amenities.
“All this plus the pristine waters, snow-capped ranges and the clean green surrounds that collectively form an amazing recreational platform. The variety of pursuits on offer include skiing, cycling, fishing, hiking, paddle boarding, canoeing, golfing (at the championship Jack’s Point Golf Course), and of course fine dining and superb wining. Who wouldn’t want to live here?” Stephen says.
