The First Step in Your New Home Journey

Before we can bring your vision to life, we need to understand it! In our Create stage, your building consultant and designer will work with you to explore ideas, review your site, and develop an optimised plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and budget.

This is where your ideas take shape. We assess your land, consider design options, and guide you through material selections, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Thoughtful planning at this stage means accurate pricing and a seamless transition to the next step.

Once the design is finalised, our team prepares the working drawings, turning concepts into detailed plans for construction. From here, your journey to a brand-new home truly begins!

Bringing Your Home to Life

The finer details turn a house into your home, and colour is a key part of that. Our experts will guide you through the selection process, helping you create an atmosphere that reflects your personality, lifestyle, and vision, whether that’s drawing from seasonal trends or highlighting special features.

This stage is all about creativity, and we’ll provide ideas, insights, and even a few surprises along the way! While you focus on your selections, we’ll handle the logistics — securing consents, coordinating suppliers, and keeping everything on track. Your feedback is essential, so stay engaged, ask questions, and enjoy the journey as your new home starts to take shape!

What To Think About When Building A New Home

Building a new home does include quite a few important steps, but that’s why we leave you in the very capable hands of one of our expert Classic Builders Building Consultants. They will be there to guide you throughout the process, from start to finish. When you meet with them, they’ll ask you a few questions, to get an understanding of what it is you want in your home. It pays to think about particular towns or suburbs you want to live in, how many bedrooms you’ll need, and any other aspects that you would want to include.
