What are your options?
The first thing to keep in mind is that there are two main ways to go about building a home; House & Land or Design & Build.
A House & Land Package is already packaged up on a section, with most of the design elements of the home preselected. You'll purchase the home AND the land from us, packaged as one.
A Design & Build project involves designing a home from scratch which is then built on a piece of land that you already own.
